1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About this Site

OptionPerps is building a derivatives venue for trading options with the speed, leverage, and interface of a perpetual futures exchange. The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing and waitlist page. Any trading terminal, chart, price, order book, option chain, or position shown on the Site is simulated for demonstration purposes only and does not reflect real market data, real positions, or real financial outcomes.

3. The Waitlist

The Site lets you join a waitlist by submitting an email address and, optionally, an X (Twitter) handle. By joining the waitlist you consent to being contacted about the OptionPerps product and its launch. You may ask to be removed at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product, any particular launch date, or any specific terms of service that will apply once a live product is available. Those will be presented separately before any live trading functionality is offered.

4. No Financial Services, No Advice

OptionPerps does not currently offer brokerage, custody, exchange, or other financial services through this Site. Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Simulated instruments, prices, and figures (including any shown for NVDA, SPX, BTC, or other markets) are illustrative and must not be relied upon for any real-world decision.

5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when joining the waitlist;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misrepresent the simulated data shown on the Site as real market data.

6. Intellectual Property

The OptionPerps name, logo, and the design, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are owned by OptionPerps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site except as necessary to view it in a standard web browser.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party services, including our X (Twitter) account. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptionPerps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

10. Changes and Contact
